Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals overturns Nuremberg Tribunal against Nazi criminals

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has stated that the Nuremberg conviction of Nazi war criminals was illegal because they were falsely convicted. This is logically based on their ruling stopping the State of Washington from blocking the enforcement of laws against Pharmacists pleading "conscience" to keep from dispensing an abortion medicine.

In the trial years right after World War II, the Nuremberg court tossed out the plea by Nazi leaders of being forced by orders or law to carry out their horrendous actions. The Nuremberg Court stated that "conscience" should determine the obedience to a government action.

Many soldiers fought and died to proclaim that there is a higher law that rules military orders and government laws. Now the Ninth Circuit has inferred that the Nazi leaders were really unjustly convicted when Nuremberg tossed out their "obeying orders" plea. The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court, in this recent ruling, decreed that Washington State commercial law is superior to the businessman's "conscience"and must be obeyed at all costs.

The Nazi federal court under Adolf Hitler could not have stated this Ninth Court ruling more bluntly. The Ninth Court could not have spoken more confusedly and illogically within American legal tradition. By declaring commercial law triumphing over conscience, The Ninth Court in historical effect declared all who participated in the results of Nuremberg are murderers of Nazi officials and military officers. Isn't there some mental level required for judges to prevent such irrationality?
